Welcome to
The Roundabout
FREE monthly publication,
run entirely by local volunteers
The Roundabout
INTRO
Laingholm, Parau, Cornwallis and Huia communities
The publication's monthly collation is on the first Wednesday of every month (March to December), held at Laingholm Hall, where volunteers from the community come together to collate, staple and fold the pages of the Roundabout.
The free publication is one of the oldest community publications in New Zealand - it began as a school newsletter in 1965.
If you are a local, have lived in the area for some time and wouldn't mind sharing some of your memories and experiences associated with living in our part of West Auckland, we would love to hear from you.

Please come along and give us a hand. It's a great way to meet your neighbours, especially if you're new to the community. We start at 9 and have a scrumptious morning tea at 10.30. Usually we are finished well before 11.30. But even if you can't stay the whole time you are most welcome!
